My Hotel Rooms

I bet you have stayed in many hotels in life, do you remember where did you stay?  What was the room looks like?  When did you go?
I draw floor plans for living, so sketching the layout of the place I stay is not difficult.  Especially when you are on a trip, I tends to record everything I come across.
But why sketching the floor plan?  It is all because of my hero Mike Yoshiaki Daikubara.
He sketched every room he stayed, in colour, to scale, on the bed.....

Here are the rooms of mine, (Some are very sketchy):

Mike and Me.

This was a department store conversion.  Taipei.

Taipei, Tienlai Hotspring

It is a lodge, with a fireplace.

Very nice design details.

Yong Pyong Ski Resort.

Huge Room.  Russian Style.
Helsinki, Finland

No window, on the top floor with skylights.   St. Petersburg.

Russo Sapporo

Otaru Nord

Tomamu Tower.

Ching Mai Veranda, too cold in December.

Bangkok, during the protest.

It was raining non stop, stuck in Guangzhou.  That was how it all begin.
